El 31/5/2019 se llevó a cabo en el salón de la Sociedad Nacional de Minería, Petróleo y Energía el Evento WIN de la SPE Lima Section.
Comenzó con la apertura de una de sus más pujantes organizadoras, Tiffany Bayly, quien junto a Ronald Egusquiza, Presidente de SPE Perú han hecho de Women in Energy en Perú un espacio abierto para todas las profesionales que trabajan en la industria de la Energía. El Moderador del Panel fue Rafael Rojas, Editor en Jefe del Grupo Editorial El Comercio.
